Unless otherwise noted, live virtual teaching sessions will be held on the dates listed below, always on Thursdays, from 10 AM to Noon Pacific Time.
This schedule works well for participants in the Americas and Europe.
While live teaching sessions are held at a fixed time, several elements of the program are designed to support participation across different time zones:
Flexible Faculty Coaching Calls
Faculty coaching calls can be scheduled at times that work across time zones, allowing for personalized support regardless of your location.
Time-Zone Aligned Practice Pods
Practice Pod groups are formed based on participants’ time zones and availability, supporting real-time practice and connection throughout the course.
Flexible Home Group Meetings
Participants are placed into small, consistent groups that meet four times throughout the course for 2-hour sessions. Groups are formed based on availability to support time-zone alignment, offering a space for deeper connection, reflection, and shared responsibility in the learning process.
Live Embodiment Practice Sessions (Bonus)
Additional live embodiment practice sessions will be offered throughout the course to support somatic awareness and skill development. These sessions are designed as optional bonuses and will be scheduled at varied times where possible.
All live teaching sessions are recorded and made available in the course space, so you can engage with the material even if you are unable to attend live.
