Unless otherwise noted, live teaching sessions will be held online, on the dates listed below, always on Wednesdays, from 10 AM to Noon Pacific Time.
This schedule works well for participants in the Americas and Europe. 

Participants from Asia, Australia, and other regions can still fully participate in the program. We are planning the following accommodations:

1) Facilitated Playback & Breakout Practice
Most Teaching Sessions include an experiential breakout room exercise. We will also offer a peer-led session from 4 to 6 PM Pacific time on Wednesdays to watch the AM session recording together and run the breakout room exercise for participants unable to join the AM live session.

All live teaching sessions are recorded and made available in the course space, so you can engage with the material even if you are unable to attend live.

Please note: You must attend at least 8 live sessions (AM or PM) to complete the course.

2) Flexible Faculty Coaching Calls
Faculty coaching calls can be scheduled at times that work across time zones, allowing for personalized support regardless of your location.

3) AM and PM Practice Pods between teaching sessions
Practice Pods meet on the same weekday as the live Teaching Session (Wednesdays), with the option to join either the AM (10 AM–12 PM Pacific) or the PM slot (4–6 PM Pacific), supporting real-time practice and connection regardless of time zone.

Practice Pod Schedule
Each module spans 4 weeks, following this rhythm:

• Week 1 (Wednesday): Live Teaching Session

• Week 2: Self-paced — read materials, watch demos, and video lectures

• Week 3 (Wednesday): Practice Pod session

• Week 4 (Wednesday): Practice Pod session

Since Practice Pods meet on the same weekday as the live session, participants should expect to reserve that weekday for most weeks throughout the course.
