An Expanded Level 1 Curriculum:

Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Resourcefulness

Living and working in today’s world is stressful and, for many, it’s becoming increasingly so. Over the past year, we have seen a consistent increase in the number of coaching clients and course participants who feel dysregulated.

In response, we are adding two additional sessions to the upcoming ACP Level 1 course (at no extra cost) to expand our work with bottom-up nervous system regulation and somatic resourcing. This will be a powerful complement to top-down ways of practicing like Parts Work.

You will learn how to support your coaching clients through activating innate somatic resourcing functions that often become deactivated during dysregulation. This was previously taught in ACP Level 2, and we are now introducing it in Level 1.

You will learn how to support your coaching clients to complete the cycle of nervous system activation and deactivation in an unfolding way from Presence.
