Please note that the average cost of hiring a life coach is $150- $300 per hour. Most of our coaches fall near the median of this range. Executive and leadership coaching are priced differently depending on the client's leadership role and the industry.

Scope & Support Reminder

Although Aletheia's coaching approach is trauma-informed, this is not trauma therapy—diagnosing, treating, or managing mental health conditions is outside the scope of coaching, unless a coach has additional specific training and licensure.

That said, coaching can be meaningful support for some people with mental health diagnoses, especially when paired with clinical care from a therapist or mental health provider.

Deciding if coaching is right for you, if additional therapeutic support is beneficial, or if you should pursue therapy before coaching—these are personal choices to discuss with any coach or mental health professional you consult.

Our role is to share this context upfront and offer a few coach names who might be a good fit based on what you've shared.
