Prerequisite: None - This is your first step in our 1-on-1 coaching curriculum.

Unless otherwise noted, live virtual sessions will be held on the dates listed below, always on Thursdays, from 10 AM - Noon Pacific Time (which works well for participants in the Americas and Europe).
A 4 - 6 PM Pacific Time session will be offered if there is sufficient interest and confirmed demand. (For participants joining from Asia and Australasia, the PM session would take place on Thursday morning in the local time zone.)
Please indicate your time slot preference in the application form.
If a PM Teaching Session is not offered, participants from Asia and Australasia can still fully participate in the program. We are planning the following accommodations:
1) Facilitated Playback & Breakout Practice
A live, self-hosted session can be organized to watch the AM session recording together and run the breakout room exercise for those who would ordinarily attend the PM section.
2) Live PM Q&A Sessions
Steve will host three live Q&A sessions during the PM time slot throughout the course, so participants in later time zones can ask questions and engage in real time.
4) Flexible Faculty Coaching Calls
Faculty coaching calls can be scheduled at times that work across time zones.
5) Time-Zone Aligned Practice Pods
Practice Pod groups will be formed based on time zone and availability to support real-time practice and connection.
