Certification as an Aletheia Coach
We offer two levels of certification: Certified Aletheia Coach and Certified Aletheia Master Coach. Our certification process's primary aim and design is to deepen your skill in facilitating Integral Unfoldment through more detailed observation and feedback of your coaching conversations. Please know that certification is optional but strongly recommended for your learning and development.
To qualify for being a Certified Aletheia Coach, you must:
Complete ACP Levels 1 and 2 and complete all the requirements below within one year of graduating Level 2. This includes completing all practice partner exercises, posting brief experience reports in Mighty Networks, and completing all coaching calls with faculty.
Complete 60 hours of coaching using this method. The partner practices from Levels 1 and 2 by themselves will give you ~24 hours. The additional hours come from taking on at least two clients outside the course during Level 2.
Complete 8 coaching sessions with a Certified Aletheia Coach and write one page about what you learned from the experience that will influence how you offer coaching.
Complete three case studies. A case study largely comprises an annotated transcript of a 50-minute coaching conversation submitted with a video recording. Course faculty will review this transcript, and you will be given feedback on how to improve your coaching. We recommend completing one case study at the conclusion of Level 1, one case study during Level 2, and one case study after the conclusion of Level 2. We recommend this schedule so you have time to integrate the feedback and learning from each case study before submitting the next one. The exact timing is your choice. As stated, you have up to one year to complete this process following the conclusion of Level 2.
Payment of the certification fee, which is $2499 USD, is due when you submit your first case study.
You have up to one year past the last date of ACP Level 2 to fulfill the certification criteria.
Once certified, you can apply to be placed on the list of Certified Aletheia Coaches provided to future participants and coach referrals.
The criteria for qualifying as a Certified Aletheia Master Coach are similar. In addition to accumulating another 60 hours of coaching, completing 8 sessions with a Certified Aletheia Master Coach, and three case studies, it requires completing ACP Levels 3 and 4.

In total, Levels 1-4 constitute a ~3-4-year developmental journey that offers comprehensive training for developing yourself as a Master Coach.
