This is your first step in our 1-on-1 coaching curriculum.
Live virtual sessions will be held on the dates listed below. Each session is offered twice to accommodate different time zones:
10 AM - Noon Pacific Time, which is workable for those in the US and Europe
4 - 6 PM Pacific Time, for those in Asia and Australia (the next morning).
Unless otherwise noted, live classes will be held on Tuesday, Pacific Time. Participants are welcome to attend either session or both if they can and want to.
* This is the only planned 4–6 PM PT cohort for 2026. If you’d like us to consider offering this time slot again for the September 2026 cohort, please email contact@integralunfoldment.com to be added to the interest list.

Note: The first session (January 27) will be a 3-hour class (10:00 AM–1:00 PM / 4:00–7:00 PM PT) as Steve introduces foundational teachings on Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Resourcefulness.

We anticipate that cohorts will fill up before the deadline. To ensure a spot in your desired cohort, we recommend applying early.
