The Aletheia Agora is an open gathering for meditative inquiry, poetry, koans, light movement, and dialogue — hosted by Steve March.
Each gathering explores a different theme through a poem, short story, or Zen koan as a starting point for collective inquiry and unfoldment. No prior experience of Alētheia Unfolding is required. All are welcome.

What if anxiety is not a problem to solve?
We are living in an age of profound uncertainty. Artificial intelligence, political instability, economic change, climate disruption, rapid cultural transformation — many of us feel that the ground beneath our lives is shifting. Anxiety has become one of the defining moods of our time.
Most approaches ask how we can reduce anxiety or regain certainty.
But what if anxiety is revealing something about the world we find ourselves in — and inviting us into a different way of participating?
On August 10, the Alētheia Agora will gather around exactly this question.
Drawing on Zen, contemporary neuroscience, and the Alētheia practice of unfoldment, we'll explore a different relationship with uncertainty — one where freedom comes not from becoming more certain, but from learning how to remain deeply present in the midst of it.
Our gathering will include:
— A contemplative teaching beginning with a Zen koan
— Guided meditation
— Small-group inquiry
— Community dialogue and reflection
This is not about eliminating anxiety. It is an invitation to discover how uncertainty can become a doorway into deeper presence and unfoldment.
A few things worth knowing about the Alētheia Agora:
— Nothing is being sold. Our time together is for learning and practicing.
— There is no recording. The Agora is an opportunity to participate — not content to be consumed later.
— All are welcome. No prior experience of Alētheia is required.
