Eligibility: Open to graduates of Level 3 Year 1 and Level 3 Year 2 (formerly Level 4).

Our Level 3 program includes two immersive weekend practice retreats each year, designed to deepen and integrate your practice.

This retreat is now available to eligible Level 3 alumni who would like to revisit the practices, reconnect with the community, and deepen their learning.

This Year 1 Retreat focuses on concentration meditation and includes somatic practices, sitting meditation, breakout room exercises, group discussion, and live Q&A.

Live session, 8 AM–1 PM Pacific. A recording of the session will be emailed to you afterward for your own reference.
