(Re)Designing Your Coaching Business
One of the keys to building a thriving coaching business in today’s ever-changing business environment is the practice of redesigning and relaunching your offers so that clients continue to feel seen and understood by you and they continue to feel your commitment to their success.
In the old paradigm, you create an offer then advertise, advertise, advertise. In the new paradigm, you build a relationship with the people you serve. This relationship unfolds over time as you and your business develop with the people you serve. To do this, you must redesign and relaunch your offers.
This ~1-month course is for coaches who want to design or redesign their suite of coaching offers. Participants in this course work through a series of design questions and exercises both solo and in collaboration with other participants. Homework between sessions enables you to collaborate with past, current, and future clients to build offers that meet their developing needs.

In (Re)Designing Your Coaching Business you will learn the core practices of collaborative and iterative business design and create a fresh way to position your coaching offers in today’s market. At the end of this course, you will have an exciting and powerful coaching business design that you can implement immediately and continue to refine.
Join a cohort of fellow entrepreneurial coaches who will co-create a safe environment to experiment, playfully test, and iterate your business design. Collaborating with other coaches is a great way to reignite your inspiration and spark your creativity.
Course Structure
The course is composed of four 2-hour live sessions over ~1 to 1.5 months with homework between sessions. Each session will introduce a core design practice, time to work in groups with other participants, and Q & A. Participants are also connected via an online workspace where they can continue collaborating and sharing resources.
The live sessions will be offered in two sections, once from 10 AM-Noon Pacific and again from 4-6 PM Pacific. This will allow participants from around the world to benefit from this course. All sessions are recorded and the recordings of both sections will be made available to all course participants.
Cost
The tuition for this course is $999 USD. This includes one 50-minute private consultation with course faculty at the conclusion of the course. This consultation can be used to review your business design and/or work through any impediments that you are experiencing.
