Aletheia Academy

Aletheia Academy offers a community of practice that follows 7-year developmental curriculum for integrated and holistic unfoldment. Within this 7-year timeframe, participants receive support for individuation and spiritual unfoldment and form deep and intimate bonds with others equally committed to self and world development.

A teaching

Students in The Academy learn an integration contemporary psycho-spiritual practices and timeless wisdom.

The teaching offers a view of ego formation that is integrated with a method of ego development.

The method includes Parts Work, Process Work, Presence Work, and Nondual Work.

A practice

The core practice in The Academy is integral unfoldment. Unfoldment is a practice that works directly with what is actually arising in the present moment in a way that unfolds the profound depth of who and what we are as human beings. In this practice, we uncover and embody a panoply of innate resourcefulness and creativity for facing the exact challenges we face and living our life to the fullest.

This primary practice is supported by secondary practices such as meditation, qigong, breathwork, dreamwork, and dream yoga that help to quicken unfoldment.

A tribe

Integration and unfoldment isn’t a solitary pursuit, in spite of what it may seem from yogis who spend years in private retreats. Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a tribe to unfold the full depth of who and what we are.

Currently, there are two active Academy Groups. Group 1 is in year 6 and Group 2 is in year 3. Due to limited teaching bandwidth, we only launch new groups every three to four years.

Each year, Academy Groups gather for three four-day retreats. These retreats are held in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area. Students meet once a month virtually to practice collective presence and unfolding. And, each student is paired with an Aletheia Coach who offers 1-2 private coaching sessions per month. Costs are held as low as possible and scholarships are often available for those who can’t afford full tuition.

Contact us to be added to the waiting list for Group 3. We anticipate that Group 3 will launch in early 2020.
